Because backpacks are used in special environments, high demands are placed on the materials and processes of the backpack. All the positions where the backpack is stressed are sewn three times with the stitching needle to make the position of the force strong and durable. The buckles of the backpack can be made into anti-freeze, anti-mite and 120 degrees Celsius deformation without damage.
The outer material of the backpack is mainly 420D Oxford nylon, 1000D nylon, 600D or 1000Dpolyester (polyester), or 1000D CORDURA and other materials. The 1000D material is high in density and very wear resistant, making it ideal for use in the field. CORDURA is a well-known high-grade wear-resistant nylon roving fabric developed by DuPont. The material's wear resistance is much higher than that of ordinary nylon or polyester, and it is light in weight. More than 90% of the world's famous brands of backpacks use this prestigious nylon material. These materials can withstand water pressures of 0.5m to 2m, keeping objects inside the bag dry. Some materials also have a tear-proof function, and once punctured, the rip will not tear open and expand.
